Design –Huami continues to bring new wearables in the market, after the successful HUami Amazfit Pace. Huami brings another one, the Huami Amazfit Smartwatch Youth Edition( Bip Lite Version in China). The Huami Youth Edition is a rectangular smartwatch, based on the look of the design, it is very obvious if where the Huami gets its design inspiration, with its 2.5D glass and rectangular design with round corners, it’s like an Apple Watch clone. The Amazfit BIP has a 1.28″ inch, it has a 2.5D Gorilla Glass screen with touch screen interface, the smartwatch has a 176 x 176 pixel resolution with polycarbonate body and with removable strap, based on the market ads Huami offers a variety of extra strap with colorful design for the Youth Edition. The Amazfit Youth Edition is also IP68 waterproof rated and available in different colors such as Obsidian Black, Sandstone gray, Khaki Green, Flame Orange.
Under the Hood – the smartwatch is loaded with different sensors such as pedometer, cardiac PPG, geomagnetic, air pressure, GPS + Glonass dual mode positioning. The smartwatch I think it is marketed as sport and fitness tracking wearable with its new UI and its new Huami Mi Fit app. Just like the circular version Amazfit, the Amazfit BIP has call and message reminder, sleep monitor, sedentary reminder, distance and calorie counter, social app notification Facebook, Wechat, WhatsApp.
I guess the main feature of the Youth Edition is the 190mA lithium polymer battery standby time 45 days, that is if you use the smartwatch without using the GPS tracking option, activating it reduce the power of the Youth Edition to only 22 hours.

Including the non removable battery 3080 mAH, the Xiaomi A1 phone has 165 grams and it’s a thin device, only 7.3 mm this phone is lightweight and thin.

Xiaomi A1 and this is a special phone because this is not a regular phone from Xiaomi this is an Android one
device that means it’s a collaboration between Google and Xiaomi and due to that it does not run on Mi UI
runs on stock Android here are the specs and as you can see phone spec early it use the Snapdragon 625 chipset it comes in capacity that is 4 gigabytes of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, it has a 5.5 inch 1080p screen.
Xiaomi A1 Build Quality
the build quality actually has really good on this one this back is entirely made up of metal and also have fingerprint scanner and this phone of build quality no issues with this device it feels very well-built but again for a 5.5 inch screen I feel it’s slightly chunkier because the bezels are slightly large on this one.
it’s Android one device it runs on stock Android as you can see the launcher is the Google pixel launcher and again it has all the shortcut if you hold icon for some time you get quick actions.
This phone have two applications that are customized by Xiaomi, they are the Camera App, Mi remote and it have IR blaster so you can use this to control devices like television etc but apart from that it has a stock Android experience and you will get the Google assistant is also there if you press the home button for a couple of seconds and Google assistant will open.
it is have a single speaker here located at the bottom but the speaker is actually really loud.

Here are the pros and the first thing that I really liked about this device and I’ve mentioned earlier is also the build quality the build quality is very good and it feels like a premium Android handset that you’re holding people will not notice guess that it’s a device build quality Xiaomi has done a very good job.

Moving to the screen although it is having a 1080p screen and the 5.5 inch 1080p screen but the screen quality what Xiaomi has actually very good also the screen was adequately bright if we keep it on the auto brightness sensor even when you go out and direct sunlight it is easily visible so no problems regarding the screen quality that Xiaomi has put on this it’s a high quality screen.
The speakerphone call quality was very good because the speaker is actually very loud and moving to the headphone jack was outstanding it is the best audio output
The sensors it has almost all the senses like compass gyroscope etc and it also has the IR blaster using which you can control devices like television air conditioners etc but one thing was very surprising is that this one does not have the NFC chip so that is one thing you have to note.
The fingerprint scanner as you can see it’s on the back and the fingerprint scanner accuracy is very good but it is slightly slow for example let me show you it’s on standby and I’m going to just tap that and as you can see it takes about half a second to unlock but the of accuracy it is very accurate
The multitasking performance and RAM management was very good on this device again that is due to the fact that it’s
running stock Android and it handled everything I threw on it in fact the RAM management was so good
Running heavy games like modern combat 5 asphalt Xtreme and even asphalt 8 at the highest setting and it played all those games without any issues after played heavy gaming it did not heat up the maximum temperature that we were seeing around for this device was just about 40 degrees Celsius even after heavy gaming so in terms of gaming the gaming performance was actually very good.
The battery life it has a sealed battery which is a 3080 mAH battery and I was initially worried how would be the battery life but I’m happy to say that the battery life I’m getting on this one is actually very good in my rough usage for a week.
The Xiaomi Camera was talking a lot about the camera and it has that dual camera setup one is a regular wide-angle lens and the second one is a telephoto that means it can zoom but when we move in to low lighting conditions the problems start it’s not a good idea to use that to zoom in low lighting conditions for think and also it has not any stabilization recording.
